Free Shipping on Initial Orders
As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offer free shipping on all initial orders. We absorb these costs to provide you with the best possible pricing and convenience.
Returns for Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact our customer service team at info@uptownkitchensinks.com or 1-855-877-7465. We'll cover return shipping costs if required and provide you with a full refund or replacement at not additional charge.
Return Process for Change-of-Mind
We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. If you need to return your purchased items for any reason, just let us know within 30 days after receiving them. As long as the product is undamaged and in its original packaging, we'll be happy to process your return. However, to maintain the quality of our service and products, the following conditions apply:
- The Items Must Be: In original condition - uninstalled and unused, and in the original packaging.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe arrival of your return.
- Restocking Charge: A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the costs we incur from our suppliers when processing returns.
- Refund Processing: After your items are received and inspected, and provided they are in original condition, we'll process your refund (minus the restocking fee) to your original payment method within 3 days.
